4.1 Currency. All transactions on the moga88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No multi-currency wallets or cross-currency conversions are offered. Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by their payment provider where applicable.

In the event of any inconsistency between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of game-specific matters.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system failure affecting the outcome of a game round, moga88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stakes to Users' accounts. 9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, moga88 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the User's use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, technical failures, or payment processing delays.
9.2 moga88's total aggregate liability to any User under these Terms, arising from any cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in the User's moga88 account wallet at the time the cause of action arose.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits moga88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
